The problem is, LIFE
gets in the way!
Things don't happen as we expected them to. We plan for success and experience FAILURE. Other people poison our minds with their NEGATIVITY, LIMITING BELIEFS, LACK OF FAITH and LOW EXPECTATIONS.
We work hard to create the opposite effect, with some success: Good days mixed with bad days. Great performances mixed with s**t performances. But no true CONSISTENCY in anything.
We don't even know what to expect of ourselves - especially in big moments. This leads to STRESS, FEAR, and ANXIETY. It's hard to get a good night's SLEEP, to EAT well, or even just RELAX every now and then. We have this constant, nagging feeling of PRESSURE.
